Upon graduating from the University of Houston Conrad Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Heather worked as a maîtresse d’ for several years before realizing her calling to work in the wine industry.

Heather, former Small Lots Division Manager for Favorite Brands, holds a Basic Certificate with the Court of Master Sommeliers and an Advanced Certificate with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.

She balances her enthusiasm for all things food and wine with an affinity for travel, design, horseback riding, and playing with her 2 bunny rabbits, LucieDeuxlap and Mr Potato Soup.
