Meet Steve Alley. A native Houstonian. Steve’s career in fine wine spans a part of the last three decades.

He learned to appreciate & taste fine wine through formal wine appreciation classes at the University of North Texas, while simultaneously working at some of Dallas’ finest restaurants & wine bars. He translated that experience in relocating to Austin where he established two successful distributorships in central, and south Texas.

Steve’s career then evolved as a regional sales manager for a European-centric, nationally-recognized fine wine importer where he covered the southern Midwestern division.

That same passion for European fine wine led him to a diverse role here at Classified Wines and Spirits where he assists with key relationships and portfolio development.

Outside of the office, he enjoys the great outdoors, supporting live music, wine tasting with friends in the local wine community, and long walks on the beach with his lovely girlfriend, Polly.
